Shown under construction is the cottage at 169 Long Point Drive, also known as "Hi-Lo Lodge". The cottage sits on the point at the southern tip of Broad Bay. The photo, taken in approx. 1935, was supplied by Donald Kassman, who spent many years at the lake. Two men are seen in the photo. Donald identified the man on the roof as his father, Frank Kassman, and the other as Hank Raps (father of Penny McNamara). Donald's parents were part owners and builders of Hi-Lo, where he spent summers between 1947 until about 1969.
